Terraced garden and steps to the sea.

The garden is spacious and is terraced on three levels. All offer marvellous views and have beds with flowering plants, but each is slightly different according to its height above the rocks and sea.

The main terrace

Large dining and sun lounger area.

The main terrace on the top level is extensive and runs from a large dining area outside the kitchen round to the main table and chairs outside the living room. There is also a smaller covered dining table outside the dining room. There are several sun loungers and a Weber BBQ in the covered walkway outside the kitchen.

 Mid level terrace

The middle level has comfortable chairs and a table for drinks.

There are solar lights to give ambiance at night - in the flower beds, on the walls and also in the paving stones.

 Low level terrace

The low level is spacious.

Running from the sous-sol apartment round to the steps which leads down to the sea. From here, the concrete steps and a path lead to a flat section of rock where you can swim or sunbathe safely. It is very difficult for others to reach these rocks so this bay is effectively your own private area.
